I agree with Whitelab's review but would add that the product description does state that 'accessories' are included in the 'Included Components' section of the Technical Details. I can confirm that the Heat Gun & Manual are included along with the cardboard box it is packaged in, but there are NO accessories.

Good heat Gun
Definitely value for money. Needed to get some decals off the side of a narrowboat. Came off with ease. Have used it since on other DIY jobs and it works perfectly. Just as good as any expensive make.

No AU plug included
Would have been good with an AU power plug! Now I need to purchase a UK/AU adaptor...Yet to try it
