Tough! Very high quality! Still maintains its shape after tons of uses!I love that it is versatile so I use it in different ways:1. As foot rest/elevator under my working desk2. As back rest - I turn it to the back rough texture area and put it against my chair and lean on it while working on my computer and the rough texture and cooling gel inside it helps give me low-key massage while I work so that has been a very Beautiful experience for me ("Bye-bye to backpain while seating for extended periods of time").3. Etc...I use in many other ways too.I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is too hard for my butt and causes me pains if I try to sit for long, on the other hand, it's hardness is good for supporting my weak back.Wouldn't recommend it for butt seating but for back rest and other uses, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it A+++

First of all I'm very pick when it comes to healty product. What I think about this product? It was outstanding. It comes with a handle, pretty handy. And the quality of the cooling pad inside of the cusion is a plus poin, it absorb hot or cold through the blue gel inside the cusion. I use this for butt. I sit for so many hours during the day and my butt hurts easily. And now with this memory foam cusion from COZMAX, I'm able to sit all day long without complaining my butt is hurt.

I love the look of this item however it is quite heavy, and very uncomfortable. I got this because I sit a lot at work and I have a lot of pain in my hips and back. I thought that it would be quite a bit more cushiony but it hurts so bad even just for sitting on it that I didn’t even Use it for more than 15 minutes! It takes longer than that in a hard plastic chair for me to start hurting. And to find out that I have to pay to ship it back? Totally unhappy!

Used it on my desk chair and really liked it in my car for long trips.

A little thicker than I need it to be. But it’s probably my chair setting. Works pretty good for me.
