It was actually about £2 dearer than that when I bought mine and I still think it represented great value at that price.I needed to to mark out 20 metre sections and none of my existing measures were anywhere close to that length. So, rather than messing around and measuring multiple smaller distances until I got up to 20 metres, I decided to buy something that would do the job properly - but I didn't want to shell out a fortune.This measuring tape does everything that it needs to. It is clearly marked and has metric measurements on one side and imperial measurements on the other. Great having a metal ring on the end, comes in very handy, slotting in a tent peg for outdoor use. Only issues are that the handle to reel it back in is quite small, isn't as easy as it could be but not difficult or very time consuming. Also the tape used is pretty low quality and when used for river surveying the tape got wet and some of the markings and colour ran - this did not make it unclear to read, but with repeated use could do. All in all, very nice surveyor tape, good for the price and fit for purpose!
