My 15 year old mini Keurig wasn't heating like it should, so I ordered this one. It works great. The only issue I have is the color. All my small appliances are shiny red, this is not. However, that's just cosmetic.

Horrible customer service! I purchased this coffee maker in September 2025 and it stopped working properly just recently. (8months)I called and we did a troubleshooting to try to get fixed and still would not perform correctly. It has a 1 year warranty . Basically was denied the warranty as Keurig says the serial # was invalid ( I sent a picture of the machine with the serial #), also said the purchase was a used product and was out of date. I purchased it new from Amazon. After receiving the email from Keurig basically calling me a liar I went to their FB page and website and saw many other exact same issues with their products and customer service. This product and others are not worth the money nor the time involved in trying to get a satisfactory product. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !
