DECKEY Wall Light LED Up and Down Indoor Lamp Uplighter Downlighter Warm White

This is a lovely shape and has a beautiful soft light. I expected it to have some sort of casing top and bottom, but it's hollow, so when lying in bed the light bulb is clearly visible and spoils the soft effect because it shines straight into your eyes. It's up now, so can't be returned, but consider this before buying or deciding where to locate it.

We found that the picture reviews were very helpful when choosing these lights. Having good information helped us in deciding to buy these. They are up and look great. A little on the small size for our wall but having two on one wall and one on the opposite they give the right amount of light off. We're a little fiddly to connect but this was more to do with the old wiring in our newly decorated room, rather than the product. I did have to hold the fitting whilst the husband wired it in. Also being ceramic make sure you have clean hands as marks easily but we found that it wiped off easily with a damp cloth.Anyone thinking of buying these lights I would say go for it. We spent weeks looking at all different sites and companies and these are a good price for what they are.

Bought these because another Amazon supplier let me down. wanted dimmable led wall lights for the lounge. Which it turns out are not easy to find. The back plate of the lights is not the simplest to fit; but it seems that most modern lights hav this sort of back plate fixing system. Lamps supplied are not bright, but work fine. I purchased brighter led dimmable lamps after checking the the units were rated up to a higher wattage. Happy so far.

These lights are fantastic. Bought two for kitchen to sit either side of large bifold doors. Spent a while searching for something suitable online and in stores but after reading reviews on this site I went for them. So pleased. Excellent quality and value for money. Bulbs provided are not suitable for dimmer switch but can easily buy suitable bulbs. The photo doesn’t do them justice... especially because the photo taking in bright daylight! (room still needs decorating!)

Very simple unit. Just had to wire it up (no issues), attach the base unit to the wall with the provided screws and plugs, and the ceramic covering just slots on over the top. The ceramic covering is coloured slightly off-white but looks smart enough without painting it, so I've left it as is. The glow is warm-white (not too bright/white), and the bulb (included) fits in very easily. It's LED so I expect it to last for quite a while too.

Arrived quickly, look great. I am no electrician but a competent DIYer. Managed to remove old ones and install these without much trouble. They look great and work well so far (12 months or so). Not had to replace bulb yet. One complaint is that actually it was a bit of a fiddle to connect wiring and then ensure these were hidden and allowed the light to fit flush to the wall. There is an indentation on the back of the light to allow wiring to sit - but it would have been much easier if that had been a little bit deeper, or if lighting wires were a bit longer so there was more space to play with. All in all great lights tho.

4 stars because the bulbs keep going out because they are loosethe light and effect they give is lovely and very pleased but we have mounted them on a stud partitioned wall that when the door is shut the bulb pops out and needs pushing back in....If mounted on a brick wall it would more likely be ok but the slightest vibration and they go out.....(Yes have pushed them all the way in until they click in place) other wise very happy

Pretty good lights and good value for money. Not too difficult to install I could have done it myself ,but I have a nephew who is an electrician so I got him to do the job for me. I chose to paint the lamps with the same emulsion that I had used on the walls. Overall I'm pleased with my lamps. Had I known at the time I decorated the walls that I was going to use this type of lamp I would have taken a bit more care in preparation of the walls.
