Caraway 13-Piece Glass Food Storage Container Set

I recently purchased the Caraway Glass Food Storage Set (14 Pieces), and I am thoroughly impressed with its design, functionality, and overall quality. I’ve used them in both the microwave and oven, and I’m happy to report that they’ve held up beautifully with no signs of cracking or warping. This set is pricey but so worth it to move away from plastics in our food storage and cooking. It’s substantially made, gorgeous visually, storage cubes are phenomenal, variety of sizes great, and they cook and clean wonderfully. We will be adding to our collection, but this gives a great start! Also I love the ability to mix/match the different colors since they are all cohesive.

Love these products! We are trying to get away from using so much plastic. These containers are beautiful and match my caraway cookware. I love how classy my kitchen looks because of caraway. They are expensive but worth it, especially with the warranty. I love everything about every caraway product that I have purchased.

5/5. This Caraway 13-piece glass food storage set is excellent. The containers feel high quality, the glass lids seal well, and the included organizer keeps everything neat and easy to store. I love that they’re non-toxic and look good enough to leave out on the counter instead of hiding in a cabinet. Things to improve: None so far.

The packaging is absolutely amazing! The products are even better. I love the organizational pieces so that my drawers stay nice and tidy. I’ve recommended them to everyone. I know although they are extremely expensive.

Thought they might be too precious at first based the care instructions. But overall very good containers albeit expensive. Cons, can scratch if you use knives on it. Tops cannot be microwaved. And there is a warning about going from cold into the microwave. So far no issues encountered with microwaving. The lids really close tight, suction can be tough to break for opening.

I bought the 22 piece glass food storage set. The set arrives in two boxes, with the mini square and rectangles in one box along with their specific organizer, and the remaining pieces in a second larger box. These glass storage containers are quite attractive, just like most other Caraway products. I already own the Caraway pots and pans in the cream color so I decided to get the storage set to match them in cream. I appreciate that the glass used in the containers is oven safe, whether in the microwave or in a conventional oven, and it can also be stored in the freezer -- this is pretty typical for most of the glass storage containers available on the market. Unfortunately, and this is similar to other manufacturer's limitations, the Caraway tops are not microwave or conventional oven safe as they appear to contain some plastic in the rim; in fact, each top in the set comes with a small sticky note on it that advises you of this limitation in its use. So, this does leave you hanging a bit as to what steps to take to cover the container so as to prevent food from splattering while it is used in the oven - I have resorted to using parchment paper for most situations. I like that the tops fit quite snugly on the glass. You need to insert your fingertips inside the side grooves to pry off the top, but I consider this to be a positive feature, as I really loathe having the top pop off accidentally during use as that can lead to a food mess, some fumbling, or worse, dropping the container. When removing air from the closed container of stored food, thanks to the silicone/plastic rim seal, the tops are flexible enough to press down to force some out air -- you do need to push down hard on the center of the top to burp it, more than another brand such as a Rubbermaid. In general, though my feeling on these tops is that I really really wish they were made of oven safe materials as that would make things so much easier when reheating leftovers. Note: the 22-piece set that I received did not come with any of their magnetic straps or the dots and dashes, as implied by the photo on the Amazon sale page for this item. I don't really want the dots or dashes, but the straps are handy to have, and they provide additional assurance against the tops popping off. This is a fine set of food storage containers. They are nice to look at, especially when stored on a counter in their organizer. They are nicely manufactured...I don't think there is another set available that quite matches their good looks. However, I do suggest that Caraway work on improving the covers to make them fully oven safe. I think they should be able to figure this problem out, and it would set Caraway apart from their competitors (for a while at least, until the others copycat the design).

I purchased Caraway cookware in July 2025 and I have no regrets. I cook daily and I love them. Because of my experience, I decided to go all in and buy Caraway baking sheets and storage containers. My order arrived today, so I have not used them yet, but I’m already slightly disappointed because one of the storage container small straps already broke as I was simply trying to unpack it! For the money spent on these storage containers, I expect all parts to be durable. Caraway is an investment!! If I don’t get a response from Caraway after this post, I will be contacting their customer service because I do expect a replacement strap for the small containers. I’ll update this post after the issue is resolved. But right now, it’s 1 star. Please Caraway, do the right thing. I want to keep loving you! UPDATE: I contacted customer service and the strap was replaced. I’ve also had a couple of weeks to use the glass containers and I love them!
