I bought this for my grandson and on trying it out, just to sit on, he wriggled about and nipped his skin between the main part of the potty and the removable inner part. He was very upset so it was never used after that. I bought him a Pourty potty, which I WOULD recommend - comfortable and very easy to empty. **Q: What is the hight of the actual seat - part the child sits on?** A: It's difficult to be accurate as the seat part is shaped, but the height of the seat is about 15cm. I bought this for my grandson to use in my home, but after his skin was nipped between the removable part and the main part as he got up from trying it out, I bought a one piece potty. It upset him (& me) a lot. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this potty. He also thought it was fun to grab the inner part and throw it up in the air.
