Nice appearance, good size, works just fine, but runs HOT
Seems to work just fine. Nice appearance and size. Runs a little hot though, and if it gets too hot it will shut down until it cools off. I want to love it but the thing tends to run hot. Has only shut down once on me though because of heat. Then again I have only had it about 2 weeks. Just be informed that it runs hot.

It started off good. But then it started to become a nu-sense ...
It started off good. But then it started to become a nu-sense and get in the way, plus the hubs stopped working correctly. My stuff would become disconnected unexpectedly etc. If you need something like this, get one that sits flush with you laptop, esp if you have a new macbook like mine.

Like the design but the Memory card positions would not work.

Runs very hot
Unit gets very hot with use. After a few weeks, product was unreliable with it's connection to Surface Book and PixelBook dropping from time to time. As an FYI this also will not work as a Dex unit for Samsung phones, but it wasn't advertised as such either.

I plug it into my USB type C ports (Lenovo 910) and attempt to read SDcards. IF it’s going to work, (when new it worked 25% of the time I attempt it, recently that has gone to never working) I have to have the power cord plugged into the Popwoods device then plug device into USB C ports. I have 2 ports and I have to switch between them and eventually it MAY work. I’ve tried every sequencing combination possible, make all connections and plug in SDcard then power up laptop, w/and w/o power cable, power up, connect device then power cord, then SDCard, on and on.Sure would appreciate it if Popwoods would respond.

Excellent Presentation, Horrible Quality Control
It arrived in great packaging and when I went to open it up and use it it did work. Two of the usb slots are defective though . They both are crooked and one of them I can’t even plug a usb drive into as there is not enough space for the usb drive
