My keloid scars on my piercings have gone down significantly after using this for a month, I can not say if they’ll work on old scars but if you notice a new scar I would definitely try it out. I personally found if it is reapplied twice a day after being cleaned it works the best. Hope this helps.

Bought this as I have a nasty keloid scar on my eyebrow left over from micro blading Have literally used this for 2 days and can already see an improvement. The scar is flatter and smaller. I then used it on a red raised normal scar which I have been trying to reduce with microneedling and again within a few applications it has improved more in 2 days than it has in 8 months. Also you only need a very small amount so I think it’s great value for money

As a person of colour I suffer with Keloid skin, meaning if I cut myself, my skin can develop really bad scaring. have suffered for all my life and had a scar from the age of 5 on my left are from Chicken Pocks that would continually scratch, I would break the skin and the healing process would start again making the scar even more thicker then before. I had steroid injection, tape, you name it I had it. Anyway, 2025 rolls in and I have an accident where I shatter my nose and the bone comes through my skin, I had major surgery to put my nose back together but as you can imaging I have to have a few stitches inside and out. I warned the surgeons that I had Keloid skin and to please be careful when stitching me up. They did a good job but I was left with a not so good looking scar on the bridge and the sides of my nose. When I saw the surgeons post op, I asked what could I use to make sure my skin healed without to much if no keloid mass at all. They first thing they recommended was BIO oil which as you can imaging did nothing for me. They on my second visit another surgeon recommended KELO-COTE Silicone Scar Gel. As soon as I got it I started using it and can say so far so good, I have only been using it on my scar on my nose for approximately two months but I have seen a difference. However, I decided to try it on the scar on my arm, which has been there for 52 years, yes I'm that old LOL, and all I can say is, using KELO-COTE Silicone Scar Gel on it has been the best thing to ever happen. The scar is fading, the skin is softer and boy am I happy. I wish I knew about this Gel years ago. It took me breaking my nose to find it 😂😂. I highly recommend it. It may take longer on some people but stick it out.

Silikongel wirkte Wunder gegen mein Keloid an der Nase! Hey Leute! Ich hab super Neuigkeiten für alle Wildfleisch-Geplagten! Nach 6 Wochen habe ich mein wunderbar verheiltes Labret SELBST gegen einen Ring aus Chirurgenstahl getauscht (8mm). Der war ein klitzekleines bisschen zu klein und vielleicht habe ich das Material nicht vertragen. Keine Ahnung! Jedenfalls begann ab da ein Keloid zu wachsen und zu eitern. Könnte mir so in den A*** beißen, dass ich nicht auf meinen Piercer gehört habe. Er sagte, ich solle den Schmuck bei ihm wechseln lassen... Tja! Also ich habe mich durch einige Foren gelesen und hab viel versucht. Kochsalzlösung, Salz pur, Prontolind Tropfen und das Gel, Octenisept, Betaisodona... Das Keloid wurde mal kleiner, mal größer und immer wieder kam eine Entzündung rein. Gegen die Entzündung war Betaisodona gut, aber die Beule blieb. Besser wurde es, als ich einen größeren Ring (9mm) aus Titan reingemacht hab. Labret hab ich nicht reinbekommen. Ist zum Abheilen lassen aber das Beste! Zu meinem Piercer konnte ich auch nicht, weil wegen Corona alles zu war. Ich las einiges im Ärzteblatt und der Pharmazeutischen Zeitung über Keloidbehandlung und stieß dort auf die Silikontherapie. Ein kleines Wunder vollbrachte dieses Silikongel Kelo-Cote. Nach 24 Stunden war mein Keloid auf vielleicht ein Drittel des vorherigen Volumens zusammengeschrumpft. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Bin jetzt total erleichtert, dass das Ding weggeht. Ich habe sehr unter dieser roten Beule in meinem Gesicht gelitten und es sehr bereut, dass ich so ungeduldig war. Also: - Hört auf eure Piercer! - Gegen Entzündungen Labret rein und Betaisodona! - Gegen ein Keloid, das nicht mehr entzündet ist, Silikongel drauf und das Piercing nicht mehr anfassen! Ich wünsch allen gute Besserung!
