Been using Mac and it kept giving me pimples that were sore. Not one pimple since using this foundation. I typically use a new sponge applicator every time but read another review where the user said she applied it with her fingers and it worked great, well she wasn’t wrong. I was looking for a foundation that would be a bit kinder with my 40+ year skin.I have always skated by using inexpensive foundation, but lately the fine lines and wrinkles have looked more emphasized with the less expensive options. I'm pretty frugal, so spending this much on a bottle of foundation was not anything I was thrilled about.I did notice that it doesn't take a whole lot to acheive coverage. It is smoother and looks better.I'm still on a mission with skincare and natural oils to correct hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Hoping to eventually reach a point that I will no longer have the need for foundation. It really isn't healthy for us to be slathering most makeups and skincare over our skin. This allows the ingredients to be absorbed into our bodies.POTENTIAL HARMFUL INGREDIENTS:This foundation contains Cyclopentasiloxane and Phenoxyethanol which are both moderate risk ingredients. Cyclopentasiloxane may have neurotoxic effects (ie. disrupt the proper functioning of the nervous system. Phenoxyethanol which can trigger allergic reactions, adverse effects on the blood, liver, and fertility. It can also cause severe damage to the eyes if it comes into direct contact with the eyes.

This is my first brand name expensive foundation purchase ever I put it on with a brush and after I was done stared in the mirror it made me look flawless after I sat it with some spray and powder it was very matte and had the feeling of actual skin it's very light feeling on the face

I've been using this foundation for years and it is my absolute favorite. The coverage is perfection and it makes your skin look perfect without it looking oily or cakes. A little bit goes a LONG way. These bottles last me for months. When I want a thinner later I wet my make up sponge with water first and apply. Definitely my favorite foundation ever.
