Will this fit S23 ultra with a case

I do believe so my fits I had to play with it

How do you install it?

The unit comes with brackets that goes in to the hand bar of the bike, and it comes with all the screws easy to install

Will a 32 oz fountain drink fit in this? Also, will this hold a galaxy s22 ultra with a case?

Hello, it suitable for bottles with diameter less than 3.6in, and it fits for most phones under 6.5 inches.

Is the mount for the handlebars aluminum or plastic?

I believe, plastic. I didn't keep it. I ordered black and fushia pink, twice. Twice, company sent gray and pale pink. It was sturdy and pretty. I can't recall for sure but do I believe the whole thing, mounting included, was plastic.
