These cockles are delicious straight from the jar. Very clean, no muck, well packaged and arrived nice and quick. Vinegar is maybe just a tad strong for perfection (for my taste) but pretty darn close.

Fresh Cockles are best, but these are an excellent alternative. Eat them as a snack or as part of a fish starter with others.

Very tasty brought back good memories
Brought back memories of the early 60s and 70s when the cockle lady would come around the pubs selling this very product from a wicker basket. I thoroughly enjoyed them and will be ordering again soon.

Good product but badly packaged
Nice cockles however the box it was packaged in had barely any filling apart from a bit of crumpled brown paper and had no "fragile" sticker on, which clearly caused one of the glass jars to smash during transit.

A taste of the seaside
Haven't eaten these for years - reminiscent of the seaside as a youngster, 20 years ago they were often sold in pubs ( lid off and drained with a couple of cocktail sticks). They didn't disappoint. Arrived promptly and well packaged.
