Ordered last night and been delivered today had it on charge most of the day, and went to wear it before bed and it wont turn on ive held down the buttons pressed them but nothing, ive spoke to seller this issue is being resolved and the seller was very helpful and fast correspondence answering my questions very helpful and even sent a replacement out and it works perfectly thank you so much super comfortable and easy to use

I bought this for my pain and the vibration works bit. But the heat does not work I am not happy at all I want a full refund please I don’t want a replacement I just want my money back

Love how quickly it heats up and can be used for period cramps / stomach cramps. It's portable and discreet, with adjustable straps so I'll definitely be able to take it to work or out and about...although the vibration settings are better used at home as they produce enough sound for someone to hear. Rechargeable too.....perfect.

I have endometriosis and bulging discs in my back. I'm a UK size 18 and this device fits comfortably without leaving any marks. Vibrate function is fairly loud, but not too bad. Heat is great and gets to a good temp. Easy to use, quick to charge. And a great price. Definitely worth a go.
