Extremely fresh roasted 4 weeks ago - pleasantly strong and smooth
Really fresh coffee beans, can definitely taste the notes mentioned on their website, lemoney peanutty and toffee like notes, amazing as an espresso, latte or proper 200ml single shot cappucino! Beautiful crema with balanced taste and defo a 7/10 intensity Would be nice if they gave their brewing recommendations like some other roasters, temp, ratio and grams etc but anyway managed to get a good brew out of it

The Best!
I discovered this coffee after my second day in Stornoway!!! After craving a cup for the whole day previously....not even a Costa or starbucks(neither of which serves up a real tasting coffee IMO) found a small local coffee shop hidden away and sat down for a cup. I was instantly blown away by the taste. When paying I asked the owner what coffee he used and he showed me this coffee. To my surprise he gave me the bag, which was worth far more than the 1 cup I paid for. I started using the coffee when I got back home and haven't really thought about using any other. I used to use Illy and Lavaza beans before but not anymore. I have ordered some special roasted beans from some other companies and this is the only one I reorder. You'll love it

Top Coffee
This is great coffee. Just buy it, you’ll have no regrets. I use it mainly for cappuccinos and flat whites in my bean to cup machine.

It’s a good flavour but it’s quite a mild
I wouldn’t really class these beans as being strong, I use a grind and brew machine and had to up the strength setting from usual. It’s a good flavour but it’s quite a mild strength

Lovely coffee at a decent price. Classic Italian dark roast, lovely crema from the Gaggia. Best ground with a decent grinder. I’m on my tenth (now 12th) bag!
