**Q: Could these be used for hema? as in protection while participating in swordplay?**
A: I know nothing about sword play but I can tell you these gloves are very heavy duty and don't offer much feel of the grips when riding a motorbike. That's not a criticism of the glove as they are meant to be a winter bike glove and that inevitably leads to compromises. But if you require good feel and hand dexterity in your sport I would say best look elsewhere.

A: I never found these air vents myself and would interested where they are as your hands can get hot wearing the gloves.

A: Although I can’t see a CE approved label there as good as any gloves I’ve had before that were CE approved.

These Evo gloves are solid for winter riding — warm, waterproof, and well-armored with carbon protection. The thermal lining does a great job keeping the cold out, and the leather feels tough and durable. One thing to note: if you plan to wear inner gloves for extra warmth, definitely size up. The fit is snug, and layering can make them feel tight. Overall, great winter gloves with proper protection and comfort.

Haven’t tried in the cold yet but they feel like they will be warm.Not quite sure why they have made the thumb as long as the finger which is why I took one star away.Not overly concerned because it won’t affect my riding
