This is anecdotally said to help with mucus formation
I bought this because I have severe allergies and have been getting a lot of mucus draining into my throat when I sleep at night. Yeah, I know, gross to talk about, but hey that's probably why you're here, so you know what I mean. I don't think this tastes as bad as some people think it does. I guess I am used to taking herbs in tea, so I know they don't always taste great. I added some stevia, and it tastes okay to me. I'm not an herbalist, but I would guess that you could mix this with some peppermint tea or something else that tastes good, though personally I prefer to just take one herb at a time unless it is a known and specially formulated or recommended combination. Anyway I really noticed that this is very warming. I was sitting in my air conditioned living room when I drank it, and suddenly my body warmed up a lot. And not just because it is a hot liquid, because I drink hot coffee every morning and it does not have this effect. I imagine that this is part of its positive effect on the body. I don't know yet if this is going to help me, but based on the reviews I have hope that it will. It seems to be a quality product, and I would recommend trying it.

Best tea to relieve any lung congestion. It tastes like tea leaf but relieves the lung immediately after a few sips Very affordable for organic tea It works well so that you can breathe well.

Weak. So weak.
It’s is probably what is advertised, but I was disappointed. I LOVE tea. And most of my teas are loose leaf. So I was disappointed that I only had the bag option. But I am super disappointed because the tea is extremely weak. Like I couldn’t tell you what it tastes like weak.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The tea tastes great, even without any sort of sweetener. We ordered this because we could not find it locally and wanted it for its natural anti-viral properties. Would def order again.
