Essential reading for your pregnancy and your sanity!
This is an excellent book, everything is broken down into sections and the food is listed alphabetically as a quick reference to whether it's safe or not, or if it should be eaten in moderation. The list of cheeses I found particularly helpful. The official NHS website also has great advice of course, but this book goes into more detail and clears up the confusion that well meaning relatives can sometimes give you just before you tuck into your dinner. It also covers vitamins and minerals, Veggie Preganancies for those of you wondering - and goes beyond into breastfeeding. All in all I don't think I could do without this book now.

Factual and interesting
This small book contains a lot of information with chapters on every vitamin and mineral, and where to find it, as well as a list of all foods and information about whether they are safe or not. It's a very handy resource and I'll be sharing it with my pregnant friends. One thing though - it says that smoked salmon is ok to eat, however I have just had food poisoning that lasted 2 weeks and consider it came from the smoked salmon I ate in a homemade sandwich, so I would avoid that ingredient.

Useful book
This is a very good book and goes into details on the foods and supplements to eat during pregnancy. I chose this book after reading the positive reviews and because it went into a lot of detail. Good product

Great book to know exactly what you can eat.
I bought this when I first found out that I was pregnant mainly as I wanted to know exactly what foods I can and cannot eat. Far more comprehensive than the information in the pack that the Midwife provided, especially regarding cheeses as it listed each cheese rather than grouping them info soft cheese etc. Also a useful paragraph on your diet whilst breastfeeding. Have now lent this to my sister in law who is now pregnant and she has also found it very helpful

A must have
This was my bible for the first few month before i committed it to memory. It is in plain English and the A to Z is invaluable. It details what you should be eating for the benefit of the baby but also what you should avoid. The explanations around this are good making you understand the reason rather than just following it blindly. Would 100% recommend.

Really good - easy to read and remember
Out of all the books on things you can and can't eat when preggers, i'd reccomend this one. Its not too big so is the kind of book thats not too heavy to read in bed, had lists of things you can and can't eat, not patronising, hints etc for how to eat for conception, and also after birth, and miscarriage.

Tres bons conseils
Super livre avec meme un glossaire de produits alimentaires avec des explications de si on peut en manger ou pas pendant une grossesse. Chapitre aussi pour les vegetariennes, tres util! Je recommenderais vivement ce livre.
