Good product and very sturdy on the outside. Didn't give 5 stars because the grill grate is not as good as expected. It was difficult to clean and the stainless steel coating got a bit removed after 2/3 uses.

I have a beautiful, stainless steel, kettle style, charcoal bbq at home. For various reasons, we don’t have an electric or gas oven that we can use in the summer, so we rely on our BBQ for cooking meat for much of the year. This does mean though that I am very picky when it comes to cooking over charcoal. My wife and I recently went away on a Canal boat holiday, and as we are so used to cooking on a bbq, we decided to buy a portable one to take with us, so that we could cook by the tow path if we wished to. This Webber portable was simply fantastic. I used a small gas blow torch to light the charcoal, and once it was alight, the top and bottom vents made controlling the burn really easy. The kettle style lid is IMHO essential, as it enables you to cook meat properly without burning it. The two top vents and the two lower vents made shutting things down really easy too, which was a great way of saving charcoal after you had actually cooked what you wanted to. It also cooled down really quickly once you shut it down. The unit is well made, easy to assemble and easy to clean, and perhaps most importantly, it works well and is sturdily built. I am absolutely delighted with it, and can therefore thoroughly recommend it without hesitation.. We did buy the optional carry bag and I would suggest any owner does the same. It is big enough to hold the BBQ itself plus some cleaning items, tongs and some spare charcoal in a bag if needed. 10/10, it really is an excellent piece of kit and does its job well.

O Weber Go-Anywhere é um grelhador fantástico de origem, mas com duas pequenas modificações torna-se o grelhador portátil definitivo. Após vários testes, o desempenho superou todas as expectativas. Construção retangular: Facilita o transporte no porta-bagagens. Pés articulados: Prendem a tampa para o transporte e protegem o chão do calor ao grelhar. Cuba e tampa: Aço esmaltado durável que retém muito bem o calor. As Minhas Modificações (O Toque Perfeito). Embora funcione muito bem de fábrica, fiz duas melhorias que transformaram a experiência: Instalação de Termómetro na Tampa: Permite controlar a temperatura exata para grelhados indiretos ou assados lentos. Fita de Vedação (Alta Temperatura): Apliquei vedação própria para fogões na borda da tampa. Eliminou qualquer fuga de fumo e melhorou o controlo do fluxo de ar nas saídas superiores. Prós: Portabilidade: Muito fácil de arrumar e levar para qualquer lado. Eficiência: Consome pouco carvão para o calor que gera. Grelha: Espaço surpreendentemente amplo para o tamanho exterior. Contras de Fábrica: A falta de termómetro dificulta o controlo exato (resolvido com o mod). Limpeza: Requer alguma paciência para retirar as cinzas do fundo. Veredicto um grelhador robusto, prático e altamente eficiente. Se lhe adicionarem um termómetro e fita de vedação, fica simplesmente perfeito e pronto para qualquer desafio. Recomendo vivamente.
