Excellent DVD for busy people
Excellent DVD. This is exactly the type of Pilates I enjoy and if I do the exercises, I notice the impact immediately. Splitting the dvd into 10 minute sections means that I amMuch more likely to do a quick 20 minutes. I wish I had discovered this DVD sooner.

Pilates as a beginner
Have completed the pilates for beginners classes over 2016 and bought this so I could fit some more shorter sessions into a week. I enjoyed it so much ended up doing 3 and the bonus stretches. Like Ammits teaching style and you can choose different areas to work on. This won't be getting dusty.

10 minute exercises - no excuses!
Ten minutes chunks concentrating on specific areas of the body means that it is so easy to find time in your day to exercise. I'm a beginner to Pilates and some exercises are a lot tougher than I though they'd be, but they are enjoyable and obviously I have something to aim for. Clear instructions and lots of breathing reminders plus alternative positions for a deeper workout. A great purchase.

Great short workouts for beginners
Love this! Bought it yesterday as a fit but not bendy person to try and build some core strength and agility. I do 10 mins as I wait for dinner to cook. Perfect as I never have free time. Easy to follow and perfect for beginners like me.
