All the plants are certified organic. **Q: Can this be used in water?** A: It is water soluable, so no. You would want a silicone or oil-based lube for use in water. You would have to constantly reapply a water-based lube as it would wash away in water which is kind of a mood killer. **Q: Safe to use with toys?** A: Haven't tried. Can't imagine why not! :) **Q: Are the ingredients actually organic?** A: I dont know, I just purchased it and I love it. it does not cause any reactions like other lubes and that is what is important to me. I like this product but would probably not choose this one with the 'botanicals' again. I"m anosmic, born without a sense of smell, and this product leaves a 'tickle' in my nose. Not sure why that would be. Does exactly 'what it says on the tin' and does it brilliantly. No tackiness, no sticky residue left.
