So roll on 5 years and again a knee pain and forgot about this cream ( must be an age thing) so remembered purchased and no using again? It doesn't help my knee joint but I didn't think it would. My OA really loves to make my thumbs hurt - middle joint is worst and joint nearest the wrist a close second. Over the last few days I've been jet washing the patio and hard surfaces and I topped it off today with a spell using a paint roller - gripping things makes my wrist very unkind and painful. This evening I sat down to watch TV around 8.00 and applied a covering of Ibuprofen to my knee and Flexiseq to my thumb joints - half an hour in the middle joints had eased - that's when I realised the bottom joint wasn't happy so I gave that bit a taste as well. Three hours later both thumbs are moving as they should with only an occassional tinge of pain. Have had more success from capsian cream (made from chillies) which can be got on perscription and also a product called Freeze Gel which costs £1 for tube or £1.29 for a tub from 99p shops. Will not be buying this product again, that is not saying it will not work for other people. **Q: Will it help my neck &shoulder** A: yes put it on morning and night it helped me in a matter of days good luck **Q: does it relieve pain** A: I was amazed that after 3 days usage the pain in my knee was much relieved. My OA problem is fairly long term & I was advised to suspend the use of AI drugs. I am on my 3rd tube of Fsec & will continue to use it. I endorse the relief it offers. **Q: Can Flexiseq be used for back pain** A: FLEXISEQ® can most certainly be used for osteoarthritis of the spine and lower back.
