Good Sketching lead.
I like to take a pencil and pad out with me and sketch areas that grab my eye. I could just take a camera but I find by drawing the scene I notice more details. The beauty of a propelling pencil is that your not constantly having to keep sharpening the nib and a 2B 0.5mm allows some fine details to be drawn. I don't profess to be nowhere near a professional artist but it's an art I like to partake in and these leads' fulfill my needs with an excellent quality and service provider.

I bought these to fit with my Staedler Mars micro pencil. All the leads were whole on receipt. These are 2B and produce an appropriate soft line that is relatively easy to erase. They don't appear especially fragile for 2B leads. I would purchase again.

Perfect! Nice smooth gliding on paper with stronger/darker ink mark than the scratchy AB. I only push enough of the lead out for one press of the mechanical pencil to minimise breakage. Works perfect for me. Definitely recommend!

Definitely not 2H graphite
This graphite is in 2H packaging, but it is darker than my HB graphite, when drawing at the same pressure.Yes it feels a little harder than the HB when drawing, but when light sketching it is darker or no better than my HB.The only time it makes less of an impact than the HB graphite is when I draw a deliberate heavy line, but tbh there is very little difference then.

super smooth with no smudges
I like having a darker line for my notes, but with some leads, you get a lot of smudges when you go with softer leads. I used to use Staedtler leads back in my drafting days and I still use them today.Best leads I have used. Durable, no smudges, and their advertised shade is what you get.

Staedler est gage de qualité. Ce produit est à la hauteur de la réputation de la marque. 0.9 mm HB est assez simple de s’en procurer localement mais « B » je n’ai pas réussi à en trouver dans ma région. Merci Amazon!
