Stress Balls for Adults, Set of 2 Gel Hand Grip

Good grips and helped with hands/wrists fatigue. Something I didn't know I need.

My physiotherapist recommended using a soft ball for recovery from a fractured wrist. The stress ball is a perfect fit for my hand. It's easy, soft, and comfortable, with a good grip.

I damaged my wrist and found the stress balls on Amazon. I use them a few times in my day and for me they are great. I can sit down and use them or walk around whilst doing an exercise. One of the best things I bought, they help me enormously in getting the strength in my hand.

Different strengths. Lovely colours. Very pleased.

One ball is stronger than the other. Ideal for building strength! They are robust and just the right size. I also appreciate the union flag british made not chinese so good.

These are very good but would prefer 2 different sizes instead of softness. I prefer the harder ball (blue one) and would like a larger one like that too. I know most people prefer the pink.

Voelt fijn aan in de hand

Leggendo le altre recensioni ero un po' scettico, ma, dopo aver provato di persona mi sono ricreduto. Il prodotto è arrivato in tempi rapidi e nonostante sia stato maltrattato dal corriere, è arrivato integro. all'interno della confezione ci sono due palline. Una più dura ed una più morbida. Per me' ho tenuto quella più dura e devo ammettere che mi ha piacevolmente soddisfatto. Avendo sei problemi al pollice della mano destra a causa di una microfrattura, da qualche tempo ho cominciato ad avere dolori nel ruotare il dito. Inizialmente gli esercizi con la pallina erano un po' fastidiosi ma dopo pochi tentativi, ho cominciato ad avere sollievo dal dolore. Ora, non è certo tutto passato, ma riesco a riutilizzare gli attrezzi in palestra senza troppi problemi. Mi riservo di aggiornare tra un mese.
