Works for hiding meds
I thought I ordered the heart Not The Heart bites , I’m sure this is my mistakeThere’s was fat in the bites tho.So it worked - and that is Why buy these to hide pills in them for my tiny 3 pound Chihuahuas ,The fat is pliable. So I can wrap it around pills and then I just put a couple more pieces in my hand and I hand it to my Chihuahuas and they love these treats and they’re never wise to the fact that the fat piece is hide their medication.! The only reason I gave four stars is , this gets used up very fast (I usually buy the small batch and I couldn’t get it fast enough and so I went for these. The price is still pretty high however, my animals love them and it did the trick so I can’t complain that much.!

I like it
My dog enjoys this and I definitely will be buying more! I add water to rehydrate as instructed and he absolutely loves it.

way too much fat for any dog to eat
The lean portion of the lamb heart is good, but I need to separate the fat (a lot of them) from the meat which takes a lot of effort. Otherwise, my dog will have diarrhea and might even have pancreatitis in the future if I keep feeding him with this un-defatted.
