**Q: Could this be fitted to a railway sleeper as it could damage cars in my parking space**
A: Shouldn't be a problem as long as you use good bolts.

**Q: I intend to use the threaded bolts only to screw in to a wooden floor.  What size thread are on the bolts only?**
A: Not sure on the size but I wouldn't recommend fixing it to a wooden floor full stop. it needs to be a brick or concrete floor as that it what it's designed for.

**Q: What size chain will fit in this anchor?**
A: All Oxford chains will fit.

**Q: can i install this on to wood? i assume i'd need large wood screws and probably some washers to cover the size of the hole in the plate?**
A: Yes it can be install on any wooden surface. For this you can add up big size washers or you can add a metal plate or metal sheet with woodscrew anchors to improve its strength on wooden surface. Thanks

Excellent quality, as always from Oxford. Good price. The 16mm drill bit and hole required was a bit challenging even with a SDS drill, but securely fixed. Nice and sturdy item with a solid connection to the concrete.
