The extra gravy is exactly what we needed to help encourage hydration, and he absolutely goes crazy for it the second I open the pouch.Before this food, he had been losing weight and becoming very picky with meals. Since starting Chicken Cloud 9, his appetite has improved so much, he’s more excited at mealtime again, and he has actually gained some healthy weight back. That alone has been such a relief for us.I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the soft texture, which is easier for him to eat. My cat absolutely loves it. She gets a hefty tablespoon of this treat every day (in addition to her regular dry food). One can is good for 4-5 days, making it affordable for a widow on fixed income. My cat loves every flavor. However, you might tend to go with the chicken and duck flavors more if you don’t like the smell of fish. It is pretty strong. The chicken dinner in gravy has a bit thicker sauce. Some of the other flavors have a little too much liquid, making it pretty thin toward the last portion-more like soup than food with gravy.
