I have not had a problem with it falling over as some others have commented but I guess it depends how you pull it round. The hose is a bit longer than an average cleaner and so I find it doesn't actually need moving round quite so much. It has no dual speed switch on this model but I wouldn't want less suction anyway. The large capacity bags means it doesn't need emptying so often. I would personally only recommend using the Hepaflow bags. Even when nearly full, there is still decent performance. As someone has previously commented, the metal pipes are a little thinner than the older models but still seem robust. I am not sure if you can still get the hose extension for this model but it used to be available so you can go up the stairs in one hit. The tools are nothing fancy but quite adequate and seem sturdy - no silly gimmicks. An extra feature I don't have on my own Henry is a clip for attaching the pipes for storage. However, I can see this being a bit of a weak point and could easily snap off - not an essential feature. It arrived very swiftly - much earlier than estimated (bought from G & J supplies). I have pets at home and my Henry has always done a good job of cleaning. Recommend it.
