Jaques of London Dominoes - Club Double Nine Dominoes Set in Wooden Lid Slide D9 Box…

A very good quality product delivered in a sound wooden box. Very good value for money.

This is not the first (nor last time) we have purchased items for our sons from the famous Jaques of London brand and as with each purpose we have never been left disappointed with the quality, sophistication, elegance and wrapping of their items . This double nine dominoe set which come inside a wooden slide box are a perfect blend of classic fun and elegant design. They are durable, lovely to hold and are beautifully crafted with vibrant dots. The wooden box with a sliding lid adds a touch of sophistication while keeping all the dominoes neatly stored. This would make a beautiful gift for someone (its beautifully wrapped up by Jaques of London) or would be great for any family looking to have hours of fun playing this addictive game.

Great quality at a great price

I was a little unsure about these dominoes following some of the negative comments about marked and chipped dominoes but I needn't have worried as they arrived in pristine condition. The dominoes are shrink wrapped in two blocks, the standard blank to sixes and then the sevens to nines. These come in the wooden box which is wrapped in paper in a cardboard box and this is then inside a Jaques branded cardboard transit box. These dominoes should not be damaged in transit. In the wooden box is a single sheet of paper that gives the rules for double nine dominoes and in the wrapping of the box is a leaflet showing all the games that Jaques have created over the years. The dominoes themselves are nicely rounded, well marked and feel good to play with. I have two minor gripes which just stopped me giving 5 stars: - The individual dominoes could do with being just that bit thicker, don't get me wrong there is a quality feel to them but if they were just that bit thicker they'd be perfect (an extra millimeter please) - The slide in lid of the wooden box is very thin and you know that at some point in its life it's going to split which is a shame as the dominoes will last a very long time. All in all a very good set of dominoes that will give many, many happy hours of play

Very well made and tactile to handle. Good value set at a reasonable price.

Excellent set of dominoes and very tactical while playing, they also make the proper noise when shuffling them.

I ordered a set of Domino just to play, but this product made a big smile on my face, it was like a gift , the most beautiful packaging and a kind handwritten card… I would like to say, businesses like this, that respect so much to the clients , must receive attention and support ♥️
