How do I claim under the guarantee?** A: I had the same problem after using a pan only about 6 times. The metal screw had stripped the plastic handle's thread without any misuse. I rang tefal as there's a 10 year guarantee on the pan. They told me that they lids break so they don't ever guarantee the lids!!! If you're in the UK, your contract is with who sold the pans to you. So contact the vendor with proof of purchase. Otherwise just buy 3 new lids from Amazon for only £17.50 **Q: Can you use these in the oven?
