A: The original G1 Optimus Prime was made from metal. I had one back in the 80s. This is plastic and therefore a good re-release

**Q: Is this shipped from japan?  is the package lettering in japanese like the all the other takara reissues?**
A: Mine is the Takara version sold in Japan, it has mostly Japanese text on it, and Im in US Florida.100% authentic

This ad is totally misleading. The toy does not come with a trailer as the pictures imply that it does. In fact, it is the same optimus prime sold at Walmart but at (currently) three times the price. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
