Faber-Castell 187121燚ust- Rubber, Plastic, Black

Was recommend this by another artist. I like to sketch and this rubber produces less mess but also stays solid so you can erase clean lines. Love it will always be ordering this along with Faber Castell kneaded eraser

although some people think these black rubbers are not supposed to leave any mess, they need to think again because they do, which is just common sense. They are great and I think every sketchers toolkit should contain a mix of rubbers as they all have pros and cons when trying to rub out different mediums ie charcoal, pencil, coloured pencil etc i find this mars eraser is the first one I reach for as it seems to take the lines out cleanly with minimum effort and doesn't cause any damage to the paper unlike some other erasers

The rubber is great. It does what it needs and its extremely soft and high quality. It doesn't smudge the pencil. The rubber is dust-free and great quality and it functions as it is supposed to. The black design makes it so it doesn't look messy after used a couple of time.

I bought these rubbers for my grandchildren. They are good as they don't leave bits. I have been using this well known brand for years. I wish they had these type of rubbers when I was doing my Design course.

Great little rubber. Ideal for what I need. Doesn't smudge and leaves no trace of pencil. Would buy again.

It's so smooth and effective

After working with this rubber on many mediums - graphite, colours ect. it unfortunately does leave rubber shaving however the actual product works really well via removing anything left on the page

Unlike a white rubber that leaves marks on the black paper that cannot be erased, this rubber does not do this. For any artist who uses black paper regularly this is perfect.

This black eraser is superior to the normal white eraser made by the same company by dint of it erasing better. (Really, what else do you want an eraser for?) It lasts longer, crumbles less, and seems to be... more effective when erasing hard pencil lines. The only drawback is the price, which is much more than the typical white erasers. But it is a quality eraser, so I'll likely buy more of these in the future. If cost isn't an issue, get this eraser.

Un ottima gomma. Cancella davvero benissimo e senza dover insistere troppo sul foglio, tipica qualità dei prodotti Faber Castell. Mi sono resa conto di quanto fosse comoda una gomma dust free come questa solo quando l'ho persa e ho ricominciato ad usare le classiche gomme bianche della stedler. Incomparabile ovviamente, fa massimo due cancellate e questo è come un sogno. Continuerò a comprare questa gomma di sicuro
