UPDATE: Had a faulty watch, would no longer charge. But I reached out to the seller and was almost immediately responded to. They offered up some troubleshooting, which didn’t work in this case. And when we still could not get it working, they promptly offered to send a replacement. No hassle, just really amazing and quick customer service. I would absolutely buy again from this seller knowing that they stand behind their products. Thank you! Original Review: My son LOVED this watch! It has been great, however, after only 4 months of use, it will no longer charge. I’ve tried every troubleshooting option, and cannot find anywhere to contact the seller about this. If the product even lasted a year, on a 6 year old, I’d be happy. But 4 months, for the money paid, I’m pretty disappointed. Just wanted to warn other parents about this problem before you make the purchase for your child! If seller sees this and contacts me to make things right, I’d gladly revise this review - because we really did love it!

This was a nice enough product for the price while it worked - however, we’ve been using it for 3-4 months and now it will no longer turn on and charging does nothing. When I came to Amazon to try to contact the company, it told me this was not a product available for support. So, not worth the purchase in my opinion.

The first few days the watch (2 of them) worked OK ... I was able to sync up data to the mobile app, but then suddenly the watches stopped recording the steps. The sleep tracking was off. After having this for about 2 months, it only tracked partial data. I use the app to reset both devices which allowed to start capturing again, but it drops tracking right after. I do not recommend this device.

Got this as a "step watch" for our 7yo, who has been curious to see how much he moves a day. I like that this is a game-free option and a noise-free option, so he can wear it at school without risking the teachers asking him to leave it at home, or without it distracting his classmates. The little plastic "ring" that keeps the end of the strap down broke off after a few weeks of wear, and though I haven't looked for replacement options or another solution, the fact it's gone doesn't seem to bother the 7yo much. It has gotten wet (shower or bath), and still works fine—but the 7yo is VERY careful not to wear it for long in the tub or shower, and takes it off when swimming. Charges pretty quickly, but is sometimes a little hard to position just right so it does actually charge. As for the app, so far I haven't had any issues syncing his activity to it—though as soon as you do sync it seems to reset the step count regardless of what time of day it is.

I wish I hadn’t wasted the money getting two of these. The batteries last at most three days, the bands fit awkwardly, there are no non-silicone bands, it claims you can set multiple alarms but we can’t even set one, the app is glitchy and struggles to keep track of the two accounts. If you’re looking for a cheap pedometer/watch combo that only tells time correctly if it’s been recently synched then this is for you.

A few months ago, my son discovered smart watches and NEEDED one. He really made the case for wanting his own alarm clock, stopwatch and timekeeping device, and we made the point that we did not want him to have access to games or a camera 24/7. This watch seemed to fit all the bills! I like that the watch charges on a USB charger, of which we already have several. It is also is pretty easy to figure out. I do not know how accurate the trackers are, but those are not the reason we bought the watch. As far as being a cool-looking timekeeper that can also function as a timer, we have been satisfied. One thing I wish I would have known is how hard it is to remove the one side of the watch band in order to access the chargeable part of the watch. It is difficult to pull of without risking damage to the tiny usb charger. In fact, within a day of my son getting the watch, it was already broken, despite his attempts to be careful. We filed to return it and were pleasantly surprised that the company reached out to us personally to replace the watch. I was impressed with their customer service, and we really do like the product as well. Just have to wiggle that one watch band side very carefully when you need to remove it. The plus side is that it surely won't just fall off during activity!

My son had been asking for a "step counter watch" for a while and was pleased with this one! It's a great little watch for what he wanted. After about 2 months the battery wasn't keeping charge. I reached out to customer support and they provided some suggestions to try. Those didn't seem to work so I reached out again - and they sent a free replacement! The new watch has worked perfectly and we've had no issues. Great customer support!!

Bad watch- lasted less than a month and stopped working. Was very sad for my grandson. Will never buy from this company again- this was for his 8th birthday.

Not the most ideal way to charge it, especially being designed for kids.

At first was great but the charging mechanism needs redesigning as prone to breaking. Watch lasted 12 months but no longer chargers. As was out of warranty seller didn't suggest anything unlike when my own Fitbit died. Wouldn't recommend. Will avoid this brand now.

Good watch and would recommend for the price point, but I have frustrations with the consistent requirement to have location settings on, even though the device provides feedback to update the app through Bluetooth. The watch also doesn't always capture outcomes from sleep, not sure what the bug is with this.

Bought two of these watches and within less than 2 month use both of the screens stopped working. Very poor quality would not recommend. Couldn’t find any option to contact the seller just send round in circles by Amazon,

Will be returning as came without a charge and won’t even turn on.
