Does it matter if you wear a mask?

No but be prepared for the shampoo to stain the mask material.

why does this only have 1 star and small bittke has 4 star

I don't know as it is the same shampoo. It is the best shampoo I have tried. It takes brassy shades away.

Does ur hair go silver grey with this ? Or do I need to use the toner also?

Hair dresser recommended I used this to brighten my balayage......one wash and my hair is now a fetching shade of green!

Do you use on dry or wet hair? Some posts are stating dry hair and how long do you leave it on for?

If I want to tone my hair after bleaching I use it neat on slightly damp hair and leave it for 20 minutes, other wise I use it from time to time after shampooing with my normal shampoo, I shampoo again with it and leave it on for 3 minutes or so. Hope this help.
