Well designed, well worth the cost
Excellant piece of kit, well made, well designed, a pleasure to use compared to other stands on the market, simple to square tree up and very sercure when in place.

Good quality & better than other nakes
Good quality stand. I purchased this one after a different make failed to hold up my Christmas tree. It feels substantial and easy to use.

Simply the best stand you can buy
I purchased this tree stand in December 2018. I probably didn't need the XXL size but my old stand (thumb turn screw type) had failed and this was the only size available for delivery before Christmas. I've just now set up what is this stand's 8th tree. Over the years, I've used various types of stand and they have all failed, through corrosion or cracking. This stand is the most expensive I've bought but genuinely it has been worth every penny. It's construction suggests that it will last for a very long time, however, were it to fail, I'd buy another without hesitation. Essentially, you place the tree in the stand and operate the handle to tighten the jaws. The jaws self-adjust for unevenness in the trunk and and the tree stays absolutely upright. It is a totally stress-free experience. The water chamber holds around 9 litres of water when full and there's an indicator which shows the water level, so it can be topped up as required. When the season ends, it is simple to remove the tree - I just rinse out the stand, dry it and store for another year.

The best tree stand
Purchased the medium stand, weighs 5kg, (that's approximately 11lbs in old money). We had a 2.1m/ 7ft nordman tree, placed in the stand, the lever ratchet with a single cable is easy to operate and held the tree perfectly stable. There’s a water reservoir with a gauge to indicate when at correct level. Topped it up once in 3 weeks, very few needles dropped and in a room with a woodburner. No more faffing around with 3 or 4 securing bolts as on our previous stand. Yes it's fairly expensive, however I expect this to last for years, excellent build quality throughout, well worth the expense. Highly recommended.

Easiest tree stand ever!
We have a very big one in the states and got a smaller one for here in the UK, it is great! So easy, seriously the easiest tree stand we have ever encountered. I’ve ordered 2.

Top quality
Secured our large tree with ease, the bell feature letting us know when the clamp was tight enough. Usual Krinner quality standard.

Leaking on 3rd use and plastic has cracked
Such a shame because we put so much effort into researching a good quality Christmas tree stand and in December 2022 splashed out on Krinner comfort medium hoping it would last us many years, only for it to start leaking on the 3rd use in December 2024! Water was coming out from around the base - would recommend getting an extra large plant saucer if you’re going to get the stand to protect your floor! Contacted Amazon, who were no help saying it’s been over two years so out of Amazon warranty, which is ridiculous as a Christmas tree stand only gets used once a year, so how were we meant to know ours would start breaking down so soon? We also reached out to the seller twice through Amazon and no response whatsoever. Terrible customer service both from Amazon and the seller. Having cleaned the stand to put it away until next year, just discovered that the plastic around the claws is not only bent/stretched, but is actually cracked! So watch out, unless you get the tree directly in on the first try bullseye style, the plastic will just crumble. It’s also just a bit of a pain to use, so difficult to clean with so many holes and places for tree sap to get stuck in, which also means it takes ages to dry. Also the water level indicator is naff as it always gets stuck. Really wish we got a different Christmas tree stand now.

Expensive? Yes. Durable? Yes. Perfect? Pretty much.
A colleague recommended the Krinner stand to me 4 years ago. We always get a natural tree - usually a big lodgepole pine, around 8.5-9ft. They have a big girth, and are a bit heavier. They also look nicer and drop a lot fewer needles! This Comfort M Krinner stand is fantastic for the job. It's heavy, well-made and sturdy. Just pour about a litre of water in to the base (to help stop the tree from drying out too soon), plonk the base of the tree trunk into the hole, then pump the little foot-operated lever until it's held securely. Job done. The only time I've ever had an 'issue' was self-inflicted, basically. I just balanced it by eye, and one of our dogs brushed past the tree and knocked it over. I re-stood the tree, taking more care over whether it was vertical this time, and had no other issues. Maybe a Comfort L would be even better, and maybe I'm using the M at the limit of its abilities, but I'm still very happy with it. The price has gone up about 40-50% since I bought it, but if you want a proper stand that really does the job, and will last for 10+ years, you've found it. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Very easy to set up a Christmas tree upright, very firm grip on the tree. Holds plenty of water. Sometimes the water level indicator gets stuck but that's a very minor nuisance. Used it two years now, both times getting the tree lined up straight and very firmly supported is a matter of 1-2min, maybe even less than a minute. It's an absolute no brainer & a must have product if you're going to erect a Christmas tree on a yearly basis.

I just got this out to prepare for the second year and I thought I had to go back and leave a review. This stand is perfect and well worth the cost. The set up is so simple and the weight of the stand helps stabilize the tree. This is to much better than those screw in supports. Seriously, spend the money this is worth it

Quickest you will ever put up a tree. The water level indicator gets stuck and can’t be relied on. Though a quick push on it will fix it.
