Why did I receive a product with an inaccurate color?

Due to differences in displays, cameras, and lighting settings, product colors may vary slightly. We recommend comparing the website image with photos taken in natural light to select the most suitable color.

Why is it different from the picture?

During shipping, items may get pressed out of shape. Gently shake and fluff upon arrival to restore their original look.

The hairpiece I received is too big/too small. Was it sent incorrectly?

The product dimensions are accurately listed. The fit can be affected by your head size, hair volume, and how you position it. We offer both 40g and 45g (larger) options to better suit your needs.
