Good quality supplement from a reputable brand, you can't really go wrong. I've seen decent results taking HMB while fasting or in a calorie defecit, minimal loss in gains whilst being able to cut along with a faster recovery time, however you need to be consistent with taking this and have to have been for some time before you start your cut. Also make sure to do some research into this one before taking it or you'll yield little to no results 👌

Can't be too sure if any supps are really making a huge difference but the product seems to be of good quality and for the price, you're not actually paying much for each tablet so no harm in giving it a go.

These easy to swallow capsules are a much more convenient way to take HMB on an accurate regular dosage. The first day had noticed a vast difference in stamina, overall improvement of physical health. They're great value and looking forward in getting stocked up. Avoid at all costs
Avoid these. Had an adverse reaction and despite many many requests they would not send me a product data sheet to discuss with my doctor. They clearly don’t know what they are peddling

...bekomme ich bei der Einnahme 30 Minuten vor dem Training einen "gewissen Pump"....natürlich ist das jetzt nicht dolles....aber ich merke schon, dass ich leistungsfähiger bin als ohne. Insofern....volle Punktzahl.

Hält was es verspricht
Zum Produkt an sich kann ich nur sagen, dass es tatsächlich hilft (möglicherweise nur psychologisch). Aber trotz reduzierter Kalorienzufuhr habe ich keinen signifikanten Muskelabbau. Bisher hatte ich bei Diäten oft das Problem auch viel Muskelmasse abzubauen. Nutze das Produkt seit einigen Monaten und die Ergebnisse sind der Wahnsinn. Was mir allerdings sauer aufstößt ist die Verpackung. Diese ist nur zu 1/3 mit Tabletten gefüllt - der Rest Luft. Das geht gar nicht.
