Good value for price, decent quality, Heavy gauge steel, fits in an oval roaster perfectly, nice weight. We have used this 3 times, rinsed it and put it in the dishwasher. Highly recommend.

I bought this last November, 7 months ago. I've used it in a 475 degree oven for 15 minutes. I find it easy to handle; easy to clean. It's a really nice roasting rack.

Although a little pricey, this rack has been worth the money. I use the 5.5-quart Alathote brand oval cast iron Dutch oven purchased from Amazon for my bread-baking, and I wanted something to create some space between the bottom of the Dutch oven and the bread dough. This rack fits into the bottom of the Dutch oven perfectly, and I lower my dough onto it using parchment paper. I find that since using the rack, the bottom crusts of my breads are not as thick and difficult to cut though when slicing the bread. Good solution/enhancement for that!My Crockpot is (I believe) a six-quart oval model, and I like to slow-cook ribs in it. This little roasting rack fits perfectly into the bottom of the Crockpot too, so I can elevate what I am cooking a bit above the level of the liquid.I like the short feet of this rack, since it doesn't raise my bread dough up too high in the Dutch oven, and it leaves room for my ribs in the Crockpot. The rack does clean easily, which is great vs. those chrome-plated, lightweight things I have used.If you want to use this rack similarly, I advise you measure the bottom of your cooking vessels carefully and compare to the dimensions of the rack given in the product description.

Used it with a pot roast, it did its job & easy to hand wash. Arrive really quick so that was a big plus. I do wish it was a little larger like my old wire rack that was 20 years old and starting to rust, I did use it but covered with foil, decided I don't wanna do that anymore. I hope this new rack last a long time. It's a solid heavy each so not moving when you put your food on it for cooking :-)I so far recommended. I just pray that the outside rack sealed covering, does not chip.

I had a similar rack for 20 years. I needed a new one and this one is so much better than my older one. It is heavier, well built and it makes me smile.

Quality construction, great fit for my Breville roasting pan. Great for two Cornish hens.

Used it with my roasting pan and it worked perfectly. Super easy to clean, food did not stick.
