Polar Ignite 3 GPS Fitness & Wellness Smartwatch AMOLED

I have always had Polar watches and this is the best yet. Syncs to my Samsung phone. Touch screen works great. GPS works great. Fits nice on the wrist and looks smart too.

I have a 1st generation ignite and this is much nicer, more functions, nicer display, and just better battery life, I don’t really like the strap, but that’s easy to change

It was perfect - for 10 months then the battery suddenly decided not to keep it’s charge for longer than 5-10 minutes. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and the only thing left to do is to replace the battery and that should last for 2-3 years, not 10 months. Very disappointed in what’s otherwise an excellent watch which I’ve come to rely on.

As a former fitness instructor this gives me all the stats combined with the app that I need when I am training the only thing that could be improved is the watch strap I find that it can irritate if you sweat a lot

Previous post have mentioned interface slowness and lag. I bought my Polar Ignite 3 on 17th November and since then there have been software updates which have all but resolved slowness and lag issues, so ignore the earlier posts. The display is beautiful and the watch is very light and easy to wear.

really happy with the watch, if i had to find a fault it would be my preference for buttons on the side rather than being touch screen. other than than its great.

I wanted a replacement for a Polar FT4 pulse monitor as I kept getting a skin rash from the chest strap (and yes, it was washed and rinsed properly after each use). This wrist monitor looked promising, but not only did I find it ridiculously complicated and with loads of stuff I have no use for, while sitting relaxing with my pulse at around 60bpm (checked on my old Casio watch with my fingers on my wrist), it was reading 78bpm. It seemed very inaccurate and consequently was of no use to me. There's also no way of making the pulse reading the main number on the display. Again, useless for me in the gym. If you're a gadget enthusiast and want a device to tell you about every aspect of your training or even just about your day's activity, I'm sure you'll love this. As a basic heart rate monitor, it's a waste of (a lot of) money though. I returned mine for a refund. Cheers Amazon.

I bought this as it looked great online and on reviews however, I found it disappointing. It's featherweight makes it feel cheap. The amoled screen for me was too vibrant, it made it look almost tacky in a way, hard to explain but it's what I felt. I would have thought I preferred it but I was wrong. In the sunlight, the MIP screen is better in my opinion. This amoled screen is a strain on the battery as well. With always on display switched off, brightness turned to low, it still drained quite a bit. In the space of about 2-4 of hours it went from 85% down to around 72%. The photo is comparing it to the Vantage V2. Yes, the V2 is a tad slower but there's a more premium feel to it, it's aluminium, the strap is wider as well where as the Ignite 3 has a narrow strap. The strap is not that comfortable as the V2, it has a strange texture which I didn't like, the adjustment holes for some reason didn't work for me, on one setting it was a bit too snug and tight but if I took it down one more, it was too loose. I wasn't overly keen on the touch screen either, it's okay but I prefer a mixture of both, buttons and touch screen. The one button that it does have, is placed awkwardly if you ask me. It's around the 9 o'clock position, I'm right handed and it makes me angle my hand closer to my body to press it with my right thumb. The way I would grip the watch, my thumb naturally rests about the 7 o'clock position which is where it used to be on previous models. It's not a bad watch but it's not great. I had high hopes for it but it's not worth the price for me. Ideally, I would have given it a 3.5 stars. For this reason, it's being returned.

Viene equipado con GPS integrado, lo que lo hace perfecto para actividades al aire libre como correr, caminar o hacer senderismo sin necesidad de llevar el móvil. He probado la función de GPS varias veces y me ha sorprendido su precisión, ofreciendo datos detallados sobre la distancia, velocidad y rutas sin errores notables. Además, los análisis de actividad diaria y seguimiento del bienestar son muy completos, proporcionando una visión clara de mis patrones de actividad y descanso. El análisis del sueño es una de las características que más me ha gustado. El reloj no solo rastrea la cantidad de sueño, sino también la calidad, con datos sobre las fases del sueño y consejos sobre cómo mejorar el descanso. Esto es especialmente útil para quienes, como yo, están interesados en mantener un estilo de vida equilibrado y saludable. Los gráficos y análisis que proporciona la app son muy fáciles de entender y ofrecen una visión general muy útil sobre mi bienestar. Otra ventaja que vale la pena mencionar es la rapidez con la que se carga. En poco tiempo, el reloj está listo para usarse de nuevo, lo que me parece muy conveniente si eres de los que lo utilizan constantemente para monitorizar el ejercicio o la actividad diaria. La duración de la batería es adecuada para el uso diario, y no he tenido que preocuparme por cargarlo constantemente. En resumen, el Polar Ignite 3 combina perfectamente un diseño bonito con un excelente rendimiento funcional. Es rápido de cargar, preciso en sus métricas y muy fácil de usar tanto para actividades deportivas como para el seguimiento del bienestar general. Lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes buscan un reloj inteligente que ofrezca equilibrio entre estilo y funcionalidad.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Polar Ignite 3. Die Qualität ist hervorragend, das Design wirkt für mich schlicht, elegant und zeitlos. Ich trage sie täglich – sogar nachts – und bin mit den Messungen absolut zufrieden. Besonders gut gefällt mir die große Auswahl an Trainingsprogrammen, die sich problemlos mit der App koppeln lassen. So hat man den eigenen Tagesablauf immer gut im Blick. Die Uhr ist nicht nur sportlich, sondern passt durch ihr elegantes Aussehen auch im Alltag und zu schickeren Outfits. Der Akku hält im Schnitt etwa 7 Tage, je nach Nutzung und Trainingsintensität auch mal etwas weniger oder mehr. Natürlich ist sie nicht ganz günstig, aber die Qualität und Langlebigkeit machen den Preis aus meiner Sicht absolut gerechtfertigt. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Horloge is vooral gericht op fitheid zaken, wat prima is. Maar wat super irritant is, is dat hij maar tot 86% wil opladen; het maakt niet uit hoe lang je hem op de oplader hebt!

The watch crashes often when you exit the exercise mode. And the UI is laggy too. I used the watch for 5 days and it already rebooted six times, definitely need some firmware rework.
