Mug cake in a minute
I love this for a single serve chocolate cake right out of the microwave. Who knew! Cake in a minute. 6 tbsp cake mix ( I do heaping 1/3 cup because I’m lazy) 1 tbsp of water, 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce (sounds gross but it works for moistness) 2tbsp of semisweet chocolate chips. I Lightly oil spray a microwave safe coffee mug then whisk together cake mix, water and apple sauce until smooth. Next, Mix in 1 tbsp of chocolate chips to batter then add remaining 1 tbsp of chips on top. Microwave for 1 minute full power. Allow to cool for a minute or two. Yum. Enjoy. Can alter flavors and chips but personally love the chocolate the best. I also use kitchenaid hand blender with whisk attachment for ease but hand whisking works. Optional but definitely worth it, crushed candy canes chips on top
