The lite one tastes awfull love this reg full fat one

I was excited to get a barista-level oat milk with fewer unpronounceable ingredients than other brands. Oddly, I first bought the non-organic Minor Figures and found that it did not froth at all, even after an extended session with my high-powered rechargeable milk frother. But the organic version froths great. It may take 30 seconds longer than other brands I've used, but I'm happy to wait if it means getting a great latte with simpler ingredients. I have no idea why the organic version froths so much more vigorously - organic oats are fluffier? ; ) - but I prefer to eat organic if I can, so I'll take it.

I like the balance of this oat milk. It's better than the competition (and some house-made oat milk I've tried). If you don't shake well before pouring in a steamer or serving volume, you're going to have a bad time. The flavor is great, the branding is fine, and the value is good. Leaving this review because nothing lasts forever. But I hope this lasts a while.

The flavor is not unpleasant in small amounts - but there are many notable downsides. To begin, it feels very WATERY and remains FLAT, not foaming at all my automatic frother which makes great foam of other milks. The nutritional profile is poor compared to just about anything else - no fiber or vitamins. Yet the cost has been increased even higher since when I purchased it. It is also tastes SALTLY because they are adding salt into it (?) This seems like a product quality that should be in the budget category. The best thing about may be the catchy packaging. I wish I had skipped this brand when I went to try different oatmilk offerings. Could give two stars for flavor but taking it down to one for being labeled as "barista standard" which is also completely false. So if you want to pay hugely for the glossy container and cartoon and do not care at all about the contents, it might be ok. You could pour out the milk and just reuse the containers to try to get your money's worth. Otherwise, I can't imagine a satisfying way of even using the contents here.

I have been a big fan of Oatly Barista blend milk for a while but since they are having manufacturing challenges I needed an alternative. Minor Figures tastes great, has a good consistency and foams well with my espresso machine steamer. It’s also shelf stable so I can buy a 6-pack and keep extras in in my cabinet until needed.

This Oatmilk is AWESOME!! I had tried a different Oatmilk in the past , and thought the flavor overwhelmed my coffee. A friend recommended I try this one and I was quite shocked at how much better it tasted. Rather than dominate the flavor of the drink, it just adds the perfect amount of creaminess to the drink and compliments it. I'll be ordering again soon.

It’s a great product, this is by far my favorite oat milk for lattes. I’ve ordered it through Amazon for over a year. However the last two orders have been incorrect. I ordered organic but keep receiving non organic. I will no longer order this product from Amazon.

Our family loves the Minor Figures Organic Barista Oat Milk. We’ve ordered it from Amazon several times. It has green print. The new one arrived today. It has purple print. The ad states they’re the same only in a new carton. But the label shows: Old: 140 calories per cup New: 110 calories per cup Old: total sugars 11g New: total sugars 9g Old: added sugars 0g New: added sugars 8g We have not tasted the new one yet. Will update the review. But we noted the differences listed on the labels.
