It really scrubs your scalp. So it may look like you’re losing a lot of hair at first use, but I stuck with it! My regimen is once a week. After the first use, I never noticed as much hair on the comb or the brush again! I have to triple rinse to get everything out of my hair after I use this. It will feel gritty if you don’t rinse it well! I really like it & I am going to continue to use it.
