I was impressed with the case as it’s slim and easy to hold. However I’ve only had it a week and the case is already cracked! The seller contacted me and arranged a new case to be sent foc which arrived within a couple of days. Pleased with the service but I’ve now had the replacement a while and it’s completely scratched. Looks awful. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

I purchased this for a new iPhone 8. I have had iphone and cases for many many years and of course we all drop them. This is hands down the worst case I have ever had.First drop - cracked screen at the top - leaning over with baby drop height 0.5m onto laminate floor.Second drop - broken mic - in carThird drop - broken home button - playing with baby, drop height 0.5m onto laminate floor.The third drop was the catastrophic drop for the phone since once there is a crack on the home button this can only be repaid by Apple themselves which basically means the cost exceeds the cost of simply buying a new phone. After doing some research this is actually a really difficult place to break, I suspect that because the case it hard that it amplifies the vibration and potentially means that having the case on is even worse that simply no case at all.Anyway if you are after a case with no grip that avoids scratches and looks great then this is the case for you, if you need any protection at all I cannot recommend strongly enough to look else where.

I have recently got a new iPhone 8 and chose this phone case + screen protector to look after my phone. After just one week of having the screen protector on, I dropped my phone (not on a bad surface or from a high height) and my screen has now cracked and smashed underneath the screen 'protector.' I'm extremely disappointed as I have only had the phone for one week and assumed this product would keep my phone in good condition. I do not recommend the quality of this product if you want to protect your phone.

I loved this case when I first got it, but within a few days the colour started to peel off of it. I saw in someone else review that this happened to them, but bought it anyways thinking that maybe they were more tough on their phone then I am, and that if it lasted 6 months it might be worth it. Sadly it is not. I have had it on my phone for 4 weeks now and have to replace it so it's definitely not worth the month for a few weeks of use. Really disappointed (and surprised how there are so many good reviews!)

After reading the reviews, I decided to buy this item. I’ve only had the case a few days; there is no protection at all for the screen. I dropped my phone and it landed face down and smashed the screen, the LCD is damaged and screen needs replacing as phone is not usable. If you are looking for all round phone protection then this is not the phone case to purchase.

Poor material, glass protector doesn’t cover full screen. Dropped my phone lightly after only 2 days and it has chipped/scuffed corner of case and broken the glass of the phone where the so called glass protector is suppose to go. Waste of money case and now my 2 day old phone is damaged. Not happy

Flimsy cheap looking not worth the money. Torres contacted me to see if they could resolve the problem and sent me a different type of case. This was nicer but not what I was looking for. I have been offered a full refund. I have to say although I did not like the product their customer service was excellent

I love the slimline feel of this phone cover but I was a bit nervous that it didn’t come round the front of the screen. So, I bought a full screen tempered glass protector to pretty much counteract that issue (although there were still a couple of millimetres exposed).But I didn’t really think about the fact that the case has little absorption built into it, given its slimline design. I have dropped my iPhone onto hard surfaces many a time and with a slightly more rubberised case it’s never come to harm. However, I have dropped my phone (back down - not front) onto a hard floor this morning and both my tempered screen cover and the screen itself have cracked in quite a few places.I don’t often write negative reviews but this mistake has been costly to me. If you’re really careful with your iPhone and like a slimline case then go ahead. If not, I would avoid.
