I’ve been really impressed with this Char‑Broil X200 Grill2Go. It’s small, lightweight, looks good and well made, making it perfect for taking away on camping trips or using on weekends away. It’s super easy to use, and the portable gas connection is straightforward to attach and disconnect, which makes setup and packing away quick and hassle‑free. The rear venting works well to manage smoke, and it cooks food very evenly, everything I’ve tried so far has come out really well. The build quality feels solid and well thought out, especially for something designed to be portable. The only slight downside is the stainless steel griddle, which can be a bit challenging to clean after use. However, this is covered on the Char‑Broil website, and the cleaning tool that comes with it actually works well once you get used to the process. Overall, it’s a great portable BBQ that performs really well and is ideal for camping or travelling, I’d happily recommend it.

Great little BBQ. I've been looking at purchasing this for a year or two now and finally took the plunge. Once the grill has been seasoned, it is fairly non stick and the bars create lovely sear marks on the food. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, maybe people can't work the regulator and get the gas flow right. On its lowest setting it cooked the chicken nicely, I'd say it needs to be cranked up a bit for steaks and chops. Easy to use, is quite portable and cooks food really nicely.

This is an EXCELLENT Portable BBQ - Genuinely impressed. I've been using it on my Yacht as a burger/chicken/sausage maker for the kids and it's fantastic, it gets the meat juicy and not burnt with minimal effort. It's easy to clean, it doesn't make a mess, and is a joy to use. If you're thinking of using this aboard a vessel (I bought a table to put it on, dont put it on your boat direct it might be dangerous!) then go for it.

Over 40 years have tried many types of Barbecue, charcoal, gas, mixture, briquettes etc. This is a very capable Barbecue and portable. The finish is super on the outer shell. The polished stainless steel inside does stay polished for long. The heat bloom 🔥 arrives and looks weathered pretty quickly. The grill plate is layered and quite complex, which inturn takes time to clean. Has tendency smoke, the trick, not to have gas too high let the heat build and cook, oven like. I use a wire brush while still warm, most debris is dislodged. The gas, I have found lasts quite some time given the small canister. After 4 cooks still gas in the bottom, not too bad after feeding 16 in total. Compact, fits into a large tool chest and sits in boot of camper for those day trips out. Home or on the move hard not to like. The only observation. The self lighting button, worked twice and not since, back to candle lighter. Otherwise good value.

After using this product for the past few months I am really dissapointed. Initially when you use it for the first couple of times the product is really good, great char on steaks and burgers, minimum flare up & really portable. Where this product lets itself down is once you get to slightly below half of the gas canister the heat output completely drops. I have 4 gas canisters here all with fuel in that are pretty useless to use now and they are not the cheapest. My father has the same Charbroil and exactly the same happens with his. Also the heat controls are pretty dreadful, no happy medium, its either low or raring hot. But once it gets past halfway of the canister you will only get the low setting. Its also worthy to note that the connection to the bbq is hit and miss as well. This is the 2nd Charbroil I have had because the first one I could not lock the regulator in place. The actual BBQ itself is sturdy and would be a cracking bit of equipment if only I could get the full use out of the expensive gas canisters. I have no idea if its the regualator or something else but its a real shame. Stuck with it now, what a waste of money.

Following lengthy research to find the best portable BBQ grill, I chose the Char-broil X200 Grill2Go and I'm so glad that I did. The no flare-up feature of the infra-red grill means that you can confidently cook with the lid closed, controlling the heat inside via the thermometer. Meat has classic char lines when cooked and the outside is crispy with smoked flavour, whilst the inside is moist, juicy, tender and packed with flavour. No more burned, dried out BBQ offerings! To clean the grill, I just run it for a few minutes after cooking, then turn off, leave to cool a little, then scrape, brush and oil the grate. The warm-up on the next use burns off the oil and seasons the cooking surface perfectly. I sourced a gas connector hose to connect the regulator to a propane bottle and I now have the perfect BBQ set-up, which travels wherever my motorhome goes. I've also since bought a Char-broil Professional 2200S for home patio use, as this features the same Tru-Infrared system. If you're looking for a high performance BBQ, don't hesitate to choose Char-Broil. You won't be disappointed.

Don’t hesitate. I bought the same grill 9 years ago. Fantastic. Great little grill, well built, easy to clean, no flare ups, efficient on gas, ideal for 2/3 persons on an evening.

Ein wenig habe ich schon gesucht nach einen Grill, der mit Kartuschen betrieben wird. Schnell kam ich auf diesen hier. Der hat sich sofort eingebrannt in meinen Kopf, so das die anderen die ich fand am Ende keine Chance hatten. Und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der wurde super verpackt geliefert. Der war Ruck Zuck da. Und, der muss nicht großartig aufgebaut werden, Eine Bedienungsanleitung ist dabei. Am Ende eine bebilderte Ausführung. Kartuschen sind die EN417 mit Schraubgewinde 7/16". Die kann man am Ende des Grillen auch wieder abschrauben, den die versschließen sich selber! Geregelt wird mit einen beiliegenden Adapter. Alles sehr sehr easy !! Ach ja, Kartuschen gibt es günstig z.B. bei Amazon. Eingeben: Kartusche EN417. Der Grill selber wird schnell heiß. Da ist Dampf hinter und ich finde man hat schnell raus, wie man mit Grillgut hier optimal umgeht. Das Rost aus Edelstahl kam dann in die Spülmaschine. Die Fettpfanne ( herausnehmbar ) habe ich kurz so gereinigt. Es ist auch ein Reinigungswerkzeug aus Metall dabei, für grobe Verunreinigung. Wie hat es geschmeckt??? Total lecker. Den Grill gebe ich nicht mehr her. 5 Sterne !!

Funciona perfectamente, la carne queda jugosa. Práctica y en poco tiempo tienes la temperatura al punto.

Barbecue compact et pratique en terrasse, camping ou Pique-nique. Il se range facilement et Il se met en route rapidement car il suffit de visser la recharge de gaz. Il est monté à 300 degrés en moins de 5min même plus vite que mon barbecue 4 feux. le nettoyage de l'intérieur pour une première utilisation (légumes et faux filet) était rapide, j’attend de voir avec des merguez ce que cela pourrait donner. La grille passe au lave vaisselle je crois, c'est super pratique. Il est Livré déjà monté rien à faire à part déballer et mettre la grille et le récupérateur de graisse à leurs places. Ce barbecue conviendrait pour 4 à 6 personnes facilement. Attention au point chaud qui fait cuire plus vite que le reste même brûler si on fait pas gaffe, il est au fond à gauche pour le mien. J'en suis très content, je recommande donc ce barbecue à gaz.

BBQ reçu dans les délais, assez rapidement, heureusement que le produit est soigneusement emballé par Char-Broil, car le carton de Amazon et sa "feuille de papier de protection", n'était pas suffisant; mais ouf!...tout était en état, malgré quelques trace de choc sur le colis. Au déballage, super produit, belle fabrication comme dab chez Char-Broil.Tout est fonctionnel, sauf un détail...si vous voulez connecter une plus grande bouteille de gaz butane ou propane, eh ben! Il faudra investir dans un raccord de connexion pas facile à débusquer, afin d'y connecter une lyre adéquate reliant votre bouteille de gaz. Chez le concurrent "Web...", çà existe, mais il faut y mettre le prix! 50€!!! Sinon, connection avec bouteille de 450gr avec valve "à visser" 'EN417", pas de "camping-gaz", il n'ont pas ce modèle à visser. Mais d'autres marques existent bel et bien. C'est avant tout un BBQ transportable, donc pas trop d'encombrement non plus. Bref! je suis ravis de mon acquisition...je conseil ce produit de grande qualité, et de super fonctionnement.

Sono un professionista quando si parla di cucina al barbecue. Nella casa al mare avevo bisogno di qualcosa di piccolo e contenuto, ma allo stesso tempo efficace. In occasione di una promozione amazon compro questo BBQ. Mai errore fu così grande, cartucce gas che finiscono velomente e passi pure, ma fiammate a coperchio chiuso con carne carbonizzato e regolatore di pressione di scarsa qualità fanno tutto il resto. Risultato, pranzo a carbonella e temperatura interna non regolabile. Amazon, mi capisce e io non posso che ringraziarla e continuare con lei il mio shopping quotidiano...
