The Snugell adapter for the ResMed Air Mini is a perfect fit if you want to use a hose/headgear combination from a different system. Perfect fit to the Air Mini and it give me some options if the AIrMini equipment fails. Note: If you use this adapter, you will NOT be able to use the humidifer disks that are integrated with the AirMini hose/face gear sytem!

works great at making he Mini Resmed CPAP machine silent. highly recommend getting this attachment to use your regular cpap mask with the AirMini.

The Snugell universal adapter makes using my ResMed AirMini very convenient and cost effective. I can now use my existing tubing and mask.

This adapter works perfectly. I tried a bunch of different things and ended up deciding to just use my AirMini the way it came with the standard tube and mask, but at no fault of this adapter. I just found that my other alterations didn't accomplish what I hoped. This adapter fits perfectly, feels strong, and doesn't leak.

Not a perfect fit for my heated hose without using tape. When I use the slimline heated hose with my Resmed Airmini I have to wrap tape around the adapter and the hose to assure the adapter stays in the hose. I have not tried it a non-heated hose since I only use a heated hose.

After reading reviews, I still decided to try this adapter. It was by far the most expensive option, and I naively hoped that the price might be correlated with quality - and I can now definitively confirm that it is not. Some other reviews complain that the adapter would not clip into the latch on the ResMed AirMini, but I had a different issue - the item I received did clip into the locks, but it is so loose that it just flops around, and so it cannot maintain a seal, which is necessary in order for the AirMini to provide me with consistent air pressure while I sleep. I also bought a three pack of cheap adapters from a different vendor at a price of about ten bucks for all three - two of those worked perfectly, and the third was garbage. So, I ended up spending about five bucks each to get two working adapters, which feels like a reasonable price. The lesson I have learned is that, when I'm buying items like this with dodgy quality controls and poor consistency between batches, the key is to buy in quantity. That way, when the retailers cannot be trusted to test and remove the defective units before they ship, I can just correct the problem for them by throwing the bad ones in the trash myself.

Fit perfect. Greatly improved the connection over using the universal tube on its own.

This prevents you being committed to the Airmini mask. I don't like that mask, because the hose comes to my face not the top of my head. So this can be used to attach my P30i which I much prefer. I recommend a sound dampener though, and/or an HME filter, because the Airmini is noisier, and this seems to get transferred up the pipe into the P30i
