They then decided they didn't want them, but the time had lapsed for me to cancel the order, so was all prepared to send them back..until I had a nosey, now I'm keeping them for myself. What great pans, they are a nice weight, not too heavy, not too light. They look great and have the cerastone non stick on them. I already have a pan with cerastone that I purchased from that well known German supermarket who has a carrot mascot, and it's fantastic to cook with, so know these will perform just as well. The lids fit great and they were extremely well packaged. They come with an instruction leaflet (mainly to ensure your pans have longevity, rather than teach) and 12 mth guarantee, with the option to purchase the extra 4 yrs, should you wish to. They are suitable for all hobs and can be put in the dishwasher. I'm really glad my friend changed their mind, and for the price I paid, great value. I think these pans will outlive me.
