I have been a chef for over 40 years and I bought this for my 83 year old mother who wanted something that was lightweight, scratch resistant and non-stick. She absolutely loves it. Good value for the price. Granite material is PFOS,PFOA free, so you can feel better about what you eat. Eggs slide out without effort and it is very easy to wipe and clean. Distributes heat evenly without hot spots.

I rarely review, but I’m the family chef & this is the 1 nonstick pan to rule them all! I first saw & used one at my sister’s house (whose cereal bowls are Parisian art). When searching for a pan to grill steaks for 9 I saw this striking set of gleaming white pans & complimented them remarking “how much were those!!” She replied, “oh I found those on Amazon for a song and you NEED them!” She wasn’t wrong- on top of the upscale white & wood aesthetic they are very well made. I won’t bore you with specs you can read, but I’ve never used solid aluminum, and the clean white granite finish fused to the metal is as functional as it is pretty. For the price these are a must have- the 8” (w/svelt bamboo spatula) is the perfect egg pan. It doesn’t replace cast iron to achieve mallard reaction on steak, but sis didn’t have large cast iron pan. I cooked 9 filet mignons all at the same time, cooked evenly, perfectly med-rare, finished at the same time so we could dine together! Everyone raved about the steak despite not having my signature crust & cleaned up’s a breeze vs. cast iron! This replaced 2 expensive peeling ScanPans, made in Denmark & is superior to Teflon! I read the few instructions & I’m confident it will outperform & outlast Teflon. Buy at least 1 now!

Okay, I had to return the first one because the handle was defective and could not be attached to the skillet itself. But the replacement arrived quickly and everything fit together perfectly. What an amazing little skillet! 8" is perfect for my daily eggs and other quick meals for two. The best thing is that absolutely nothing (nothing!!) has stuck. Eggs slide around. Even scrambled eggs. Flipping over-easy eggs or omelets is easy. It cooks evenly, the handle feels great, and it is inexpensive. What more could you ask for? I really love this skillet!

I needed a new pan because the one I had was pink and it was starting to look like its been to hell and back after about a year. It was amazon prime day so they had a lot of excellent deals and this was one of them. I opted for the dark gray after my unfortunate experience with light pink one that I had. First off I must say it was super easy to assemble and they even provided a screw driver!! I have been using the pan for a few weeks and I am very pleased with it. Its easy to wash by hand I dont usually put pans in the dishwasher. When it says non stick they mean it because everything i make slides right off the pan. Very pleased with the purchase!!

Good product, a fairly heavy pan but certainly doable for cooking, easy clean and really nonstick if you keep you pan in the 7 heat category, it cooks like a high temp on 7 or 3/4 of the way to your top temperature. Very deep sides which gives you more cooking area . You will like it !!!!

We really love this pan. We recently got an induction cooktop and this pan has been really great. Besides conducting heat very well, the non-stick surface really does not stick. I was worried since I've only used teflon coated pans, ceramic, or stainless steel. Ceramic and stainless steel I find stick a lot, but this pan sticks as little as teflon but without the chemicals. It does get hot really quickly on an induction cooktop, so be ready for that. The pan is also super light, the material is much ligher than metal so it makes cleaning and storing that much easier.

This pan is great!! Nothing sticks, really easy to clean. Perfect for making a clean omelette, things flip smoothly

Wanted a non stick pan to make my eggs and omelettes in. This one is perfect. There is no sticking with very little olive oil in the pan. I could probably make the eggs with no oil and the eggs would slide out. Very happy with this purchase. Nice and lightweight but sturdy.

Best frying pan I have ever purchased. My first one lasted for 7 years before the inside started to stick. Any other pan that I have used in the past only lasted a maximum of 3 years.
