Foams beautifully and tastes a dream

Amazing taste when cold but somehow gets sour when warmed up

Very smooth and creamy - I'd liken this to full fat milk and unlike many plant-based "milk" products, it's delicious to sip on its own, not overly sweet and with a delicate but noticeable aroma and flavour of almonds. For me, it wouldn't be my first choice for coffee as I find the mild almond flavour interferes with the taste of fresh coffee, although other family members liked it, and it foams well. I do like it very much with cereal - it's delicious with Rude Health muesli - and in smoothies, where the hint of almond complements bananas and fruit well. I imagine it might be nice in milky desserts too. Looking at the ingredients list this is, in fact, mainly oats and water. I don't think there's anything wrong with that since the almonds, although only at 2%, are evident in the flavour and aroma. I'm less keen on the sunflower oil, gum thickener and added salt, but those appear in the ingredients lists of nearly every non-dairy milk on the supermarket shelves, with just a couple of exceptions. Almost the only way to avoid them is to make your own. I can and have made almond milk (ingredients: almonds, water) at home on several occasions, and in terms of flavour and creaminess, this is close despite being very different in make up. Working out to £2.20 per carton when bought in this bulk pack, this is comparable in price to other non-dairy milks, and nicer tasting than most.

Misleading. It is sweet and should not be called barista. It is an Oat/Almond milk. The oats make it high in carbs (vs pure almond) and will spike your glucose. It has 8.8g of carbohydrates (of which 4.5 are sugars) per 100ml vs a pure almond of 1.5g (0g sugars). Won't buy again.

Really not keen on this. I have variations of different milk substitutes daily: coconut, oat, almond, cashew but this is not the best. I don't think I like the almond taste. I don't know that it really tastes of almond? The consistency and foaming ability is good and I know Rude Health is good quality. I just didn't like the taste but that's personal preference.

Tastes fine but doesn’t last. On my 4th out of 6 bottles. Two have gone in the bin after a couple of days in the fridge. Current one opened Monday, smelling bad by Thursday. Should last more than a couple of days in the fridge. Has 7 months left on the exp date.

This is not pure almond milk. it also contains oats in the ingredients fine print. Will not purchase again.
