Product is great BUT actuator long extension is missing!
This item is missing the 17" extension for the drain actuator shown in the picture of the product. I only got a 5" extension tube. That is not long enough to get dip into the drain where the pest hide and live , therefore this product is useless! Get the product from another vendor, not this vendor. I threw away over $50. Not happy. The product itself is great. I listen to the presentation called: Nibor D + IGR Technical Presentation, and it gives a great explanation on how it works.

The lid for the tube to connect is missing.
The can is fundamentally flawed as it lacks a way to connect the tube, rendering the product only about 20% effective. Without the tube, the foam cannot be sprayed down the drain, which is a significant issue. This is my second time ordering this product, and I had hoped the first instance was merely a seller oversight. Unfortunately, it turns out that was not the case. Furthermore, the seller has a strict no refunds or returns policy, which is unacceptable.

Took 3 times in 10 days, but it worked!
You have to do the treatment very 3 to 4 days so you kill any remaining eggs or larvae. But, don’t despair,it will work! We assumed the drain in the shower was the main place, but we also did the 2 sink drains at the same time. DON’T FORGET TO LET THE FOAM UNDISTURBED FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. We left it about 6 to 8 hours.Additional information: 2 days after the review I saw one, but only one more drain fly. So, I treated the drains in my bathroom again. So far,so good.

Poor Design
The top won't snap on the can. No instructions. This stuff is too expensive to not be able to use properly. I won't purchase again!

It works Great!
Without this product we would still be fighting sewer flies which found a place in our home after construction with our doors wide open in our basement. They flew in from outside. Please know that sewer flies and fruit flies are not the same at all! We ended up needing to buy two cans which we would recommend. Between this product and very sticky tape to catch the flying adult flies (also bought on Amazon), we were able to stop their population. It took around 8 days but they are finally gone. This product kills the eggs and larvae and stops reproduction. The sticky fly tape was also key to killing the existing adult flies that had not come into contact with foam. Highly recommend this product!
