Despite of the high reviews, my experience was not fortunate!!! First time worked well, 2nd time did not steam and all there was is water leak from the steamer holes.

Used first time and yet felt no difficulty operating. Water container lock is a bit tricky but hope will be durable. Steam power is strong. Recommend to use with glove on one hand
