Can this be fed permanently as main diet for cats?

Hi. Yes it can. I am assuming that your cat has a digestive complaint as this is a veterinary diet and is supposed to be used on the advice of a vet. That said I have fed both my birmans almost exclusively on this food for nearly 2 years and only one of them has stomach problems. They seem to enjoy it a lot. They don't like the wet version, but I give them a pouch of sensitivity control wet food most days for a bit of variety. Make sure you give the right amount of the dry food, as its high in calories. Can my cat have other his normal pouches aswel as this food?

Yes, my cat has half wet food (his favourite) and half fibre response.
